They asked me multiple times if we wanted LONG layers and we said yes. She did one small SHORT layer. All 3 ladies working were cutting/styling my daughter’s hair and this is the outcome. When I questioned them about the “layers” they said this is how we always do layers and stated that it looked good. This is absolutely NOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR and definitely not worth the money and extra fees I was charged. Will NEVER be back!!!!!
