Me and my 2 kids ubered up there and thought we would do some shopping at the mall across harden blvd. When I asked if I could leave my son's carseat there while we walked around the mall, I was told, due to policy, they couldn't be responsible for it. I told them i didnt think anything would happen but if it did I wouldnt hold it against them. So I ended up having to carry that car seat all the way to the mall. The first store I walked into(Belks) obviously let me leave it there. Cause, come on, who wouldn't? Like the title says there's policy then there's culture. Do you want to be known as the company who's is to turn away people in need due to a policy?
