Today I took my son for a back to school hair cut, and after the previous time was already nervous as there are several new faces. I figured why he was getting his I would get mine as well meaning I’m a busy mom of two and going through PP to help myself as well. Welp no , thought wrong. Not only did they do a HORRIBLE UNEVEN job on my 8 year old ! They also took at least two inches off my long hair after I stated brush the ends only and do a long layer to face frame. They butchered my hair and now I have to go find somewhere else to correct their mistakes. This place is an absolute joke with obvious people whom maybe are still in school? I would highly recommend not going here!! I wish I could post photos to just show how absolutely horrible it looks! I feel as if my 8 year old could have done a better even hair cut on myself and I should have just done his.

So we walked back inside to see how much longer and still 5 people ahead of us and 43 minutes to go. First and last visit

I appreciated how she asked for my input throughout and made sure I was happy with the cut. It’s not always easy to find a stylist who gets it right the first time, but Shaya nailed it. Great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back to her!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
