She gave me a lovely haircut but I asked for a bob that was short in the back and longer in the front and she didn't give me that. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted but the haircut she gave me was straight not angled the way that I asked and since I got a ride from a friend of mine I didn't have the luxury of time to stay longer so she could fix it. So I'm going to have to wait till the next haircut to make sure I am clear on the haircut that I want. And check her progress during the haircut. But I want to make it clear that Reese is a very talented stylist and thats why I want to give her another chance. Because she's so good at what she does. Thank you ❤️

I have been coming to Gabbi for years and I followed her her! She is a wizard with color and I have never left not looking fabulous! I highly recommend her!!!

So horrible in fact that I swore off ever returning to the Hair Cuttery. Fast forward to today. I was desperate for a cut, both emotionally and physically, and had been for the most part avoiding salons because I just wasn't finding a solid stylist that listened to me and didn't just do whatever they wanted (stylist PTSD is real!). At this point though, something had to be done and this salon was the closest to my house and appeared to get pretty good reviews. I made an appt on line with Candy, the price confirmed before I hit the magic button, and with trepidation prepared my soul for my appt. So glad I didn't hold past experiences against booking with Candy, she is amazing! So kind, I showed her photos of what I wanted, asked her advice and she gently recommended one of the other and told me why! After a soothing shampoo, she got to it with magic scissors, cutting away my rats nest to render a beautiful lightly layered bob. I am so impressed, and so happy. I've already booked her for another appt, and highly recommend her! If you are like me, suffering PTSD from previous hack sessions with insensitive stylists who don't listen to you, book Candy, you won't regret it.

First of all my appointment was at 10 am and I didnt sit in the chair to get shampood until 10:40. She thanked me for waiting at the end of my appointment. I wanted a trim with a long face framing layer. She butchered my hair. I was so disappointed when I looked at it after I left. She was nice but I paid $66 to get my hair butchered. Now I am going somewhere else to hopefully get it fixed. I attached the picture that I showed and what I got. Very disappointing. I did not call the salon to complain or go back to have it "fixed". I didnt want to waste my time...
