Said they didn’t have time to do a blowout wash and press I arrived at 5:20pm, I said ok- can it be flat iron instead- she said they don’t have any, but miraculously found some. Wendy agreed to do it, but got overwhelmed with my hair all because I said this is not flat-I can still feel the puffiness and she refused to do it.

I don’t see the necessity of paying overpriced rates at the Barbers when you can get a cut that’s just as good here for a fraction of the price. Good quality cuts for great prices. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
