My experience with Pampered Peach Waxing Studio was disappointing, specifically when it came to customer service and billing. After I found out my esthetician was no longer working here I decided I no longer wanted to continue with services and needed to cancel my membership.
To be fair, the estheticians themselves were always pleasant and professional. The issue seems to be with how the business is managed.
I contacted them in writing to cancel my membership and expected a straightforward, professional response. Instead, the only reply I received was “why do you want to cancel,” with no greeting or acknowledgment of my request. I followed up again and clearly asked for the membership to be canceled. At that point, the interaction felt unprofessional. A customer shouldn’t have to justify canceling a membership, especially when the request was already made clearly and in writing.
Despite that, I was still charged the following month.
Overall, this felt like a breakdown in management and process rather than an issue with the staff themselves. If you’re considering a membership here, I would recommend getting clear confirmation of cancellation in writing and monitoring your billing closely.

My wife had her hair done by Haitham at Dolche Lucy Salon, and the experience was incredible. He gave her a beautiful blonde transformation. We are so happy with the result—highly recommend!
The turnover rate with the staff is ridiculous. They don’t even communicate when there’s been a change. And everyone does things differently. It’s unfortunate; I’ve been coming here for 2 years and had to part ways with the company due to disappointment.

After leisy and Mariah left, this place went downhill. I went one last time and the girl was being told how to wax by the manager in the room. And the manager was being pushy when I wanted to cancel my membership.
