I wanted to try someplace new and had the chance to work with Hannah. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Zero pressure or judgement. I am incredibly grateful for the experience. Thanks again!

Online a 20 dollar haircut promo was offered but when we went to check out it was denied based on the fact the stylist were apparently unaware of the promo. Neither of us were disclosed on a longer hair free either yet both of us were charged for it. This is somewhat understandable but irritating as we were not informed about it. We did add the additional blowout as well but as we were under the impression it would be around 30 dollars total in the end but again it ended up being an extra fee. Thankfully the salon did give us a 20% discount but the confusion left the experience to be highly disappointing and I will not be returning here. Truthfully, I would not have came to this salon if I would have known they would deny it as for the amount I spent I believe it could have easily been spent elsewhere.
