I did not. 5 people came in after me. They had me wait for those 5 to be attended to first. When I asked when is my turn, she said there are 3 more ahead of me. I understand online check in has priority but it was disrespectful that 8 that walked in after me would be first. I could have been taken care of somewhere in between the 8. There was also no explanation that I had to wait for all of the online check ins to be taken first. I walked out andI went to Super cuts, I was attended to right away and was even given a discount. I do not recommend Great Clips Lake Mary. I can honestly say this is the first time this type of disrespect has happened to me.
