I walked in only one girl on the right side was working and u can hear laughing and a full party going on in the back room. 3 employees look at me from the back door after a good 2 mins later someone comes up and asks if I had an appointment which I didn’t but it didn’t look busy at all. Only one girl was cutting hair and everybody was in the back having a good time. Anyways she checks me in and informs me 6 people checked in online and she waits there a good 2 mins then some guy comes up and she grabs him back to her cutting area. Slapp to my face whatever I guess. And I still hear so much conversation coming from behind a door in the back I can three other employees walking past made eye contact with me and carried on laughing and talking to the girls back there. I waited another 10 minutes mybe untill the girl on the other side was done and just when I thought I would be next. Someone walks in and she takes them back. I left and went to hair cutters downs the road NO WAIT. Never have I ever tipped $100 for a haircut but after the worse experience trying great clips again after 5 years it’s the same lousy service. Cheap price comes with cheap service I guess

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
