I did not. 5 people came in after me. They had me wait for those 5 to be attended to first. When I asked when is my turn, she said there are 3 more ahead of me. I understand online check in has priority but it was disrespectful that 8 that walked in after me would be first. I could have been taken care of somewhere in between the 8. There was also no explanation that I had to wait for all of the online check ins to be taken first. I walked out andI went to Super cuts, I was attended to right away and was even given a discount. I do not recommend Great Clips Lake Mary. I can honestly say this is the first time this type of disrespect has happened to me.

First time was my fault to a point because I waited until I got there to look for it again and it would not show it any longer so I paid and left. This time I signed up for coupon that was supposed to expire a month later but when I pulled it before I paid it showed that coupon expired a few days after I got the email. I asked the associate to help me locate the coupon on social media or to try to honor the coupon I had and she said she can’t do anything and gave me attitude because I was searching for the coupon and she was about to go home. She made me feel embarrassed because she wanted to go home but I spent a few mins looking for the coupon but it wouldn’t show up I guess because it could recognize that I was in great clips already so I paid the full amount. I didn’t tip her for the first time in my life because of the awful experience. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the haircut was ok.
