I'm very happy with her process, outcome and the other ladies in the shop were very sweet and personable. When it comes time for a touch up, I will ask for Kylie again.

I can tell she really cared about doing a good job especially knowing it was my first time working with her. . She took her time and I was extremely pleased! - LALaura AmwakeFeb 17, 20251.0Worst experience! Went for total new style in October 2024. Got a wolf cut. Came out perfect. Xmas 2024 went for a trim. Stylist didn't cut much and left to much length. Totally new style. Valentine 2025 weekend went for a cut , same wolf cut and stylist didn't ask any questions. Did a dry cut. Reminded stylist I have a wolf cut and length should be to my shoulders. It looks horrible! I used the same stylist every time. I feel the stylist needs to stop talking so much, pay attention and ask client questions. It's questionable if the stylist is capable of doing simple repeat styles. I even have pictures of the style I wanted and had. It is quite apparent that JCP does not require stylist to continue their education. I don't recommend going here. Would not give any stars.

She is always incredibly gentle and very knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to explain what she's doing and makes the entire process extremely comfortable. As a Chinese woman, my hair is a little coarser and harder to put color into, but she got my hair so vivid and it's still extremely soft. Thank you so much Amber! I get so many compliments on my hair and can't recommend her enough.
