  I received a signature facial with Mia. It was the best facial I have ever had in my life. She is very professional, experienced, thorough, kind and caring. She made it a very pleasant experience. I am very grateful and I highly recommend her services.

  This is the email I received. Upon finishing the massage, the price was actually per person. Poor transparency, and not the Disney experience we expected. Additionally, the manager on shift tonight (11/20) was incredibly rude when this was brought to her attention. The email is misleading, regardless of anything else. I got a call last night to confirm the appointment. I reviewed the EMAIL CONFIRMATION and decided to proceed based off the confirmation email. The manager here tonight clearly has no clue how to handle consumer complaints and misleading advertisement. She should really find a new place of employment, because she does not portray was Disney hospitality is.

  Very friendly staff with a relaxing atmosphere. They leave no detail out! And you can take advantage of the sauna or hot tub after your service.

  My experience at the Grand Floridian Spa was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely welcome. They were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect visit. The amenities and overall spa area were spotless, beautifully maintained, and created a truly calming atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to help guests unwind. By the end of my treatment, I felt completely refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. This spa truly lives up to the Grand Floridian name and offers a luxurious, peaceful escape that I cannot wait to visit again.

  I booked a massage and a pedicure during my WDW vacation as a birthday present for myself. The massage was amazing but the pedicure felt rushed and like I didn't get the full experience. Don't get me wrong, the nail tech was great, but I didn't get any cuticle attention and barely had any other services. I'm a life-long Disney fan/visitor, and this was my first experience at the spa...and will likely be my last. For the money, I expected more. Everyone was kind and the lounge area was amazing, but I really thought I would have a better experience. I was disappointed and would not return.
