  I usually buy online but I went into this store to see some product colors in person. Dekoda helped me and was so nice. I was blown away by the customer service here at this location. Will visit again!

  Rude mean girl energy. I felt so uncomfortable standing at the till while a group of them all congregated around the till talking and laughing. When I handed the product to one of them she looked at me as if how dare I, another team member then took it and finished the sale. Not a thank you, not a bye.. my only regret was spending the money there and not a few doors down in Sephora. It was always empty any time I walked past while all the other shops were packed. Wonder why?

  My wife had the greatest experience at this store. Top Notch Customer service she was treated as the Princess She is! Miro the manager was outstanding. She ended up 100% switching all her makeup and skin care line to MAC this weekend. She received a full makeover and attained MAC’s highest loyalty rewards tier in one weekend. She is extremely happy! The 25% off sale helped an awful lot as well. Great store, great people!

  The workers were so so rude they treated use so poorly and gave us a lot of attitude because they were closing in 10 minutes.. I completely understand them closing ,but the way they said it and put it as soon as we walked in was so inpolite and unprofessional. Also, as we quickly and awkwardly walked around they were talking loudly about their personal life, which is fine, but it included vulgar language and inappropriate topics such as drugs and being arrested. Not a pleasant experience.
