  I was at Epcot for my sisters bachelorette party on 5/26/24. My sister loved that we could get hand painted perfumes for all the girls. We were so excited that we went to the store when we first entered the park. We were assisted by the assistant manager Mariani Villanueva. She sold us on four perfumes and even had me open my instagram to take a boomerang of us with our perfumes. She told us to come back after 3pm to pick up our painted perfumes. When we returned to the store Cindy opened each perfume to reveal the paintings. One perfume was not painted. I was disappointed. Cindy told me I could return to the park the next day and it would be painted. In order to get to the store I would have to buy a ticket to Epcot. I didn’t plan on returning while on my Disney vacation. Cindy tried to convince me that they would let me into the park. So I had them call management who said Cindy was wrong and I would have to buy a ticket to get to the store. She offered the alternate of shipping my perfume after it had been painted. I gave them my address. When I asked the associated for their names they would not give it to me. But instead gave me the assistant managers business card. I receive my perfume in the mail today and it was never painted!! I paid $143 for a perfume that was never painted!! Then waited an additional ten days to even have it in my possession!! I tried calling the phone number on the business card multiple times and the number does not work!!! The only reason I even bought such an expensive perfume was to have a hand painted momento from my sisters bachelorette!!!! I even made sure to get a refillable bottle so I could have this keepsake for a long time!! The people working at this store are incompetent!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!!!!!!!!

  The rudest staff at Disney. And it’s not that the store is in “Paris”. I have been to Paris many times. Unacceptable.
