  I visited and loved the Rosa Rossa Forte perfume, and decided that I want to purchase it and also have the free engraving done. I was excited all day to pick it up, but once I got there an honest mistake was made and I was very worried that I wasn’t going to be able to leave with the perfume that I wanted because it was out of stock. I was helped by a staff member who was taller in height and male, but I did not catch his name. Even though it was not his mistake, he immediately corrected it by offering me a refund, and quickly made it right by gifting me the correct perfume sample, as well as it being engraved! I will forever be grateful to him, and he made my day at Epcot so much better! Thank you!

  Robbie the manager was amazing! So many good things to say about him. My mom, sister in law, and I got the lipstick tubes you can engrave. I was looking for the perfume that smelled like Meteorites makeup and he helped me find a bottle online since they don’t make it anymore - Robbie if you’re reading this it smells amazing and I’m so happy I got it! Thank you so much!

  I was at Epcot for my sisters bachelorette party on 5/26/24. My sister loved that we could get hand painted perfumes for all the girls. We were so excited that we went to the store when we first entered the park. We were assisted by the assistant manager Mariani Villanueva. She sold us on four perfumes and even had me open my instagram to take a boomerang of us with our perfumes. She told us to come back after 3pm to pick up our painted perfumes. When we returned to the store Cindy opened each perfume to reveal the paintings. One perfume was not painted. I was disappointed. Cindy told me I could return to the park the next day and it would be painted. In order to get to the store I would have to buy a ticket to Epcot. I didn’t plan on returning while on my Disney vacation. Cindy tried to convince me that they would let me into the park. So I had them call management who said Cindy was wrong and I would have to buy a ticket to get to the store. She offered the alternate of shipping my perfume after it had been painted. I gave them my address. When I asked the associated for their names they would not give it to me. But instead gave me the assistant managers business card. I receive my perfume in the mail today and it was never painted!! I paid $143 for a perfume that was never painted!! Then waited an additional ten days to even have it in my possession!! I tried calling the phone number on the business card multiple times and the number does not work!!! The only reason I even bought such an expensive perfume was to have a hand painted momento from my sisters bachelorette!!!! I even made sure to get a refillable bottle so I could have this keepsake for a long time!! The people working at this store are incompetent!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!!!!!!!!

  My wife loves the perfume store at the France Pavilion in Epcot. The staff is friendly and accommodating and they have a wide selection of wonderful Guerlain products. They are a knowledgeable and friendly staff with great real French products and fragrances.
