  We went to Harmony Barber shop for our son’s first haircut experience. Allison did an amazing job being patient and understanding of our child’s nervous behavior. He was moving around a lot and very upset. Allison never got frustrated or impatient and did an awesome job accommodating us. She also did a great job on the haircut while having to hit a moving target. We didn’t have a reservation and arrived at open on a Monday morning and they were able to accommodate a walk in appointment.

  Poor customer service. The first time was on us we showed up a 403p and there needs to be a cut off. We just needed our toddlers bangs cut. Met with a rude hosts saying you missed the cut off and interrupted my wife when she was asking when it was (4p). Np we enjoyed the park. We went back today after dance class got there at 345-347p as soon as we walked he in he said no more cuts. We said last time had to be before 4p he straighten up said no more cuts we are trying to get out on time. I get it. I understand there are cut offs, but it should be the same every time and how you communicate is huge in the service industry. Disney has definitely declined over the years. That host at the barber shop is one Universal’s best sales associates.

  Doug was AMAZING with my baby that was having kind of a melt down. The hostess was also super helpful and nice, I could not catch her name properly (started with V and end in eng I believe). Thank you so much for handling the stress of a first haircut and make it in such a magical experience

  Barber shop cast members are very rude. Very below expectations for Disney.

  Do not recommend my son’s hair was long told her to cut a little in the back and she did this is a chopped mess and patchy. He was actually very well behave so cannot be blamed on him moving a lot. This was his first haircut. I regret going here. If you get Cary run! 😡
