They truly made it magical for my granddaughters. The cast members talk to the girls during the makeover making them feel special.
You need to get reservations 60 days in advance. I called early morning of the 60th day and the earliest I was able to get was 1:30. While waiting outside of the BBB and saw many disappointed girls when they said appointments only. (Photo: My three granddaughters with their Fairy Godmother.)

Let me start by saying that we did not have a bad experience with any of the individual employees. They were all very nice and seemed like they were trying their best. My bad review has to do with how this place operates as a whole.
We made our appointment for 4:20. When. We checked in they said to make sure we didnt have anything else booked for the next 90mins, which we didnt. They had us wait in the first waiting area for at least 30mins. The waiting room was very cramped. They said that they only allow 2 adults per child but they did not enforce that rule.
After we were finally called back my daughter picked her dress and hairstyle. She asked if she could not do the flowers in her hair, but they said that it was absolutely necessary for the pictures they take. Based on the other reviews I've seen this is some type of weird policy they have to do which I think is a little ridiculous. The idea of this place is to make your daughter feel like a princess, why is the princess forced to have that in her hair if she doesnt want it? This wasnt a big deal it just took away from the experience a little.
After my daughter was changed they have you wait in another waiting room before they take her over to do her hair and make up. This waiting room was complete chaos. They were bringing girls back faster than they were being taken to do their hair. The room filled quickly with too many people. Several parents were not watching their children, the seats were filled with children running and jumping on the few couches they had. We were forced to sit in the floor which made it difficult for the staff to move around. My daughter asked us several times if we could leave because she no longer wanted to be there. It was so cramped and loud in there i had to leave my wife and daughter in there due to me having sensory issues and was overwhelmed. We ended up being there for over 2 hours before we were called back to do my daughter's hair. We ended up missing our dinning reservation which luckily one of the employees was able to contact the restaurant to hold our table.
There was not enough seating in the hair styling area for my wife and me so I ended up having to go back to waiting outside. So I missed most of the experience with my daughter and being there when she met the fairy god mother. My daughter finally started to have fun getting her hair done, at least from what I was told, but it was a stressful mess to get to that point.
This place was very disappointing.

We just finished the bibbidi bobbidi boutique experience and while my daughter had a good experience, the cost is not aligned with the quality of the clothes or the hair options.
Service: the staff are excellent and very helpful. But we experienced 15-30min of waiting between each step: arrival, dress selection, and doing their hair.
Dressing: we own several princess dresses and the "expensive" ones (i.e.$70) from Janie and Jack are several levels of quality above these. These are one step above Costco (maybe). Picking out the dress, putting it on, and having the fairy godmother in the mirror talk to your kid experience are all great though.
Hair: There are a few styles to pick from but only one, the Cinderella bun style, matches an actual Disney princess' hair style. My daughter doesn't like buns so went with closest thing to Aurora's hair which was the pony tail with pink hair extensions. It was OK but with her hair gelled down and the pink extensions she looked like a kpop demon hunter instead of a Disney princess. It would be great if they had actual hair styles of the princesses that they can dress up as instead...
Overall it's a nice experience for the kids but unfortunately the quality is just not there.

They don’t offer the actual costume experience for little boys anymore just the cheap shirt and shield. I’m literally heartbroken I’ve always wanted to take my little prince around the park and keep the costume for years to come but it seems like boys just don’t get the same whimsical/magical childhood little girls get and this is just another thing they don’t get to experience. If he wanted to wear a dress there’d be options till the cows came home but god forbid he gets to experience the magic with his cousins and participate as a little boy. Extremely disappointed.

Not the first time we’ve gone but this time was different. First we watched girl after girl come up. Some had a reservation much later in the day, some not at all - everyone was accommodated. Which meant no seating, longer waits. So crowded in some rooms you couldn’t walk. Felt like they double booked each spot. You could tell the cast members were stressed and rushing which really ruins the experience (no fault of theirs though). Tell me why we drop so much money but we don’t get the pictures included in the package? If you want the pictures they take of your princess be prepared to shell out. Less options too - I don’t think we will be back.
