  We went here with my sister in law and niece and my daughter and I will say our experience picking out the dresses and all that side was amazing. I wish I was able to remember her name because she made it better after everything, and went above and beyond, she was so kind. I warned EVERYONE she interacted with that she my daughter is autistic and nonverbal. She has issues with people touching her hair especially. And that she may not be able to do that. And that is exactly what happened. I had to take her out of the room and get her to calm down and I had given her my phone to try to keep her distracted and it didn't work and then they told me they weren't going to be able to finish the service because it took too long which was okay. And if this had been the end of it that would be fine. But while I was outside, a completely separate cast member that I hadn't interacted with AT ALL. Came up and was whispering back and forth with the one that was doing my daughter's hair. And what those cast members didn't know was that my sister in law and 2 mother in laws were all over there watching them do that. And when one of my mother in laws saw that. Well she confronted them asking what the issue was. They said they had to "worry about her safety" meaning the cast member doing her hair. My daughter's meltdown was her crying and reaching for me. She wasnt trying to hit or kick or harm this woman in any way. She was scared and wanted her mom. And what's ironic is when they realized that they were with me she suddenly had nothing to say. I just don't feel like this cast member named Jordan should have been coming over and saying things she had no idea about. It was a horrific experience with that. I did complain to guest relations and it's my recommendation that if you have a special needs child don't go here especially if you have any interaction with Jordan.

  Unfortunately very poor experience - the boutique was so overbooked I suspect every appointment may have actually have been double booked. Absolute madness inside. Showed up 5 minutes early and was later told they were backed up and to have daughter sit on the floor and wait. Ended up waiting for over an hour. Finally get to pick dress alongside a horde of other girls. Then wait another hour, then when we got to talk to the fairy godmother, we couldn't understand a single word she said. Incomprehensible. We reserved this appointment MONTHS in advance. Hyped it up to my daughter all summer. She was so excited for it. Then ended up crying the whole time cause she just wanted to do the experience and we ended up waiting around for nearly 3 hours total before giving up and leaving without getting to the makeup. So very far from the magical experience my girl thought she was going to get. They refunded everything but the price of the dress and wand, but still, not only did it ruin my daughter's day, but we lost basically half a day in the park because of it. Never seen her so disappointed and upset, makes me feel terrible. Poor girl

  My daughter had an amazing experience!!!! Rebecca definitely deserves recognition for her great customer service 😊 She was so good my daughter requested her for the full princess experience.

  How can you get rid of the boy costumes amd replace them with a shirt? With a crap excuse of the cape is too heavy... bull youre being cheap cheap cheap. How dare you remove the magic for little boys, absolutely absurd. You should be ashamed of your selves!
