She did the return and then bought it with a store credit. Days later I end up realizing I shouldn’t have bought it cause I have enough makeup. Went to change it and was not able to get my money back all because of what the girl had done. I paid with MY card and had all the receipts but because she did the exchange like that and she bought it with a store credit that’s all they gave me back, even though it wasn’t my fault. SO UNFAIR. I needed the money, not a freakin store credit!!!!! 😡
- TTTD’s TidbitsJan 10, 20231.0Employees stalked me and my sister as if we were there to steal something. As I attempted to browse the aisles, they kept needed to clean RIGHT where we were looking. It was the oddest experience. I was going to make a purchase but after hearing the lady behind the counter be incredibly rude with the elderly lady trying to return something, I put my item back and walked out. I spoke with my friend who had been there the week prior and different employees had done the same thing to her. Teach your employees to treat your customers better, Sephora. Ulta got my money today instead.
