  I had a very bad experience at this salon. During a face wax, my skin was burned due to improper technique. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any solution or apology, the staff dismissed the issue and still charged me the full amount. No care, no accountability, and no professionalism. I would not recommend this place, especially for facial services. I would give it a zero stars if there was an option!

  These guys are the worst customer service! They burned my skin ans did not give me refund!!!!!! They put hot wax and i’m going to sue them now. Beaware please!!!!!!!

  During a facial waxing service at this salon, I got a wax burn resulting in excruciatingly painful peeling and visible skin injury and has now turned into a horrible scar (as shown in the last few photos). When this was brought to the attention of the owner, Sana, the concern was initially denied and only later acknowledged after the injury was clearly visible. Despite seeing the injury and hearing my complaint, I was charged the FULL amount for the horrendous service by the owner Sana. She continued to argue in a rude and dismissive manner, repeatedly justifying the charge by stating that her employee had “spent a full hour” on the service, entirely disregarding the personal injury and damage caused and gaslighting me into believing it's "normal". The owner further minimized the incident by stating that the injury was not serious because I was “not bleeding at least,” and advised me to "just go home and apply some antibiotic ointment" and that I should be fine. This response shows a lack of professional judgment, absolute disregard for client safety, and failure to follow appropriate incident-handling standards. Due to both the injury and the manner in which it was handled, I will not be returning for any services, despite this salon being the closest option to my home. Prospective clients should be aware that even in the event of visible injury, accountability and appropriate resolution may not be provided. Update: The last 4 photos are from today (service was done yesterday afternoon). The injury is clearly worsening with redness and inflammation increasing.
