- BJBetsy JohnsonApr 7, 20263.0I’ve been going here for years and the hairdresser that I had asked me if I lived in the area she’s seen me multiple times has always greeted me and yet I don’t think recognized me. I went in for a trim, shampoo and blow dry. I I was charged $69. I didn’t know until I got home that I was charged for a treatment that I never asked for or never was advised while the hairdresser was shampooing my hair. I try to have a conversation with her to ask why my hair was frizzy and dry because the last time I had a color I had a treatment. I don’t know if she thought I wanted a treatment, but it was never discussed. Then when she finished blow drying my hair, she asked me if I liked it. I said I love the back I hated the front and she just smiles very difficult to communicate with and very disappointing. I really enjoy going to the salon but feel like my concerns and my responses and my overall experience was not validated.

I usually request Bibi but since she was off the stylist who helped me was Sahara and she did amazing with my hair lightening! I went dramatic from a dark brown to a soft rosy pink, and she knew exactly how to get the color I wanted and styled it with lovely waves as well! She also gave great advice for taking care of the bleach damage as well. Thank you! 💕
