The receptionist was pleasant, but no one acknowledged the delay or let me know when I’d be seen. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve had good experiences here before, but today was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.
- LCLaShaun CassellsAug 21, 20253.0This was my first time going to this salon. It was clean and spacious and the staff was very welcoming. Sharon, who washed and trimmed by hair was a sweetheart. However, I have a discrepancy with the price that I paid. I wanted a wash and a trim and for my hair to be blowdryed after. Which is what Sharon did. But when I went to the ladies upfront to pay for my service, they said it would be $70 (not including the small product I bought). On the website, when I booked, I could not add an additional service for some reason so I ended up booking the "basic blowdry" which does not include a TRIM. So I eneded up adding that when I got there. Firstly, I was told upon checking out that a TRIM and a HAIRCUT is priced the same ($30. Outrageous. A trim and haircut is NOT one in the same thing. I cut off an inch. Not 3,4, or 5. Second, on the website there is an option for a "Haircut and Blowdry" which I did not see when booking. Instead of adding on a "Haircut" service, why the woman up front didnt just charge me for a "Haircut & Blowdry" which is about $45 according to the website, who knows. It just seems like common sense. Dont think I will be returning. The staff was nice however.
