The stylist, S., at the St. Cloud, Florida location at 4554 13th Street, Unit E, quoted me $240, which included a blowdry. I thought that seemed like a lot, so I posted a question on Osceola Rants, Raves and Reviews asking others if that was a good price. PLEASE note: I never mentioned HER name OR the name of the salon!! Well, S. read the review and when I called to confirm my daughter's appointment the Friday before (her appointment was on a Sunday), S. answered the call and told me that she had CANCELLED my daughter's appointment because she read my post on Facebook, took it personally and "didn't appreciate it." I was absolutely floored. I apologized, but her response was that NEITHER my daughter OR I was welcome at the salon again. Yes, she actually said that! News flash! Lots of people post questions to get advice on prices and get recommendations. I told my friends and family and co-workers and they couldn't believe it, either! But it's okay! There are MANY other salons that will be HAPPY to take my money. I wrote a letter to the manager, Kelly, and she did not respond at all. Very disappointing because my daughter and I AND my mother HAD always HAD a great experience there. No more. They lost three customers. I emailed the corporate office, but of course, no reply. DO NOT GO THERE! Oh! One more thing! WHEN was S. going to tell me that she cancelled my daughter's appointment? IF I had not called to get the correct time, I bet you a million dollars S. was waiting until we arrived that Sunday to TELL us that the appointment was cancelled. Shame on these people. VERY unprofessional. Also, I went to Tan Linz and Cuts in St. Cloud and received an AMAZING haircut.
