When I asked if they were experienced with my hair type, I was met with awkward glances and dismissive responses. It became clear they weren’t trained—or simply weren’t willing—to handle anything outside a narrow range of hair textures. This is a major red flag for a business that claims to serve the public. If you’re looking for a place that respects all customers equally and employs stylists trained to work with all hair types, I suggest going elsewhere. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and valued, and sadly, that was not the case here.

In the end the haircut was completely different… style, length, and more. They didn’t even shape the sideburns, or hairline whatsoever. Will not go back and advise against newcomers. Only plus was the friendliness of the people, but the most important is the service so 1 star. Good customer service interaction.
