I asked for a simple, clean buzz cut, but the stylist, Ilia, completely cut my sideburns off without asking. That alone was frustrating, but it gets worse. After the haircut, I developed an itchy rash on the back of my neck that I did not have before the appointment. It’s uncomfortable and concerning enough that I may need to see a dermatologist for treatment. This raises serious questions about clipper hygiene, technique, or irritation caused during the service. A basic buzz cut should not result in unwanted changes to facial hair or a painful skin reaction. This experience was disappointing and uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning. I would not recommend this location unless they improve attention to detail and hygiene standards.

Her consultation was also really good in that she listened to what I wanted and then made some suggestions based on my hair type. The cut she did was exactly what I wanted and she showed me how to wear it a couple of different ways!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
