  One of the managers is passive aggressive. You are blessed if you find one or two good employees in this location that have a good attitude while tending to you. This place has bad energy…. bc of the staff n management. Honestly they’re are only 1-3 employees with a happy helpful attitude the rest are rude n hate their job

  The management at this store is unprofessional and they were happy when said I wouldn’t be shopping at Sephora anymore. I doubt Sephora corporate offices would be happy to hear this as their store was EMPTY. If a customer is unhappy that is not a good way to deal with it.

  I wanted to leave a review about my experience at Sephora because I received some of the best customer service I’ve had in a cosmetics store in a long time, all thanks to Yessenia. I came in on Valentine’s Day and hadn’t purchased new makeup in a while, so I was honestly feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure of what I wanted or what would work best for me. Yessenia noticed my confusion and truly came to the rescue. She walked me through each step, helped me find the perfect shades for my skin tone, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared about my experience. Even while assisting other customers, she consistently came back to check on me and made sure I felt confident and happy with my purchase decisions. That level of attentiveness is rare and so appreciated. I’ll admit, I’m usually an Ulta girly, but I would absolutely return to this Sephora location just to work with Yessenia again. She truly made my day and turned what could’ve been an overwhelming shopping trip into an amazing experience. If you’re lucky enough to get help from her, you’re in great hands. 💄✨ My only con about this place is that some of the other employees kept watching me or standing nearby like they were under suspicion and that didn’t make me feel comfortable, but I will say the good outweighs the bad
