  Leslie is a gem!! I have to admit I was slightly nervous going to a more chain style salon, nonetheless I needed my hair trimmed and needed a blow out for a concert I’m attending. It was around 8:00pm and I thought I wouldn’t be able to get a walk in but Leslie took me right in!! She was wonderful, great conversation, awesome energy!! And on top of that, most importantly, she did my hair AMAZINGLY!!! I haven’t had my hair done in almost two years after recent poor cuts and she managed to execute it perfectly, the layers are great!! 10/10. Thank you so much Leslie!

  Negative or zero stars if I could. I went in and asked for a trim and that I wanted to keep my length as best as possible but remove split ends. My hair (WAS) to the middle of my back. I have tried to call to speak to a manager and they keep saying none available and not even bothering to take a message or inquire why I'm asking for a manager. I asked for trim enough to get off split ends which we verbally agreed should have been 1inch, max 1.5 inches. I asked for long layers and face framing. My hair is a bob in the front essentially with about FOOT gone. The back is as long as it was with a trim horridly uneven and No layering. In almost 40 years I have NEVER had such an absolutely treacherous cut. I don't even know how I can have this fixed because the front of my hair is literally utterly butchered- the "face framing" is in massive, entirely uneven chunks. I've had bad cuts before but this is horrendous - I actually cried, and that's a first. Stephanie destroyed my hair and this will take MONTHS if not a year or more to grow out. DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOUR HAIR! Face erased from photo for privacy reasons Update: while cutting my hair and chatting Stephanie told me she'd been doing hair 3 years. I finally got a hold of a manager today- Kristin who is very nice. I was refunded. While discussing everything with Kristin she was apologetic and admitted how bad my cut is. However I learned that Stephanie also blatantly LIED to me that she had 3 years experience doing hair- she does not, she is new and had a 3 month training program. Corporate over manager Kristin is refusing to compensate for me having to go somewhere else now to get my hair somewhat fixed -the front is NOT fixable and will have to be fixed multiple times in the future as it grows out. So 1 hair cut is now going to cost me hundreds. Not to mention I spent over 3 years growing my hair out and WANTED TO KEEP IT LONG! it's now 2 days later and another - truly professional and experienced stylist- is having to cut off the back half of my hair far shorter than I ever wanted to try to make this into something barely decent. I didn't want short hair, it looks awful on me! Corporate would only agree for me to return to one of their "master stylists" to fix my hair no charge. I refuse to trust ANY Hair Cuttery ever again knowing they release people with no experience and a 3 month training program (NOT COSMETOLOGY or HAIR SCHOOL) to do any haircuts without supervision on a paying customer while lying about experience instead of admitting she was not fit to do my hair! I'm disgusted and furious, even the manager admitted she would compensate if she could but cannot because corporate is refusing. SHAME ON THEM! Way to take responsibility for the awful consequences to an innocent paying customer and local for the lies and deception surrounding all of this. The worst part I'm pretty sure she KNEW how bad she messed up and instead of being a professional and decent human being and admitted+ amending it right then and there, she just pretended all was fine. Own your mistakes, take accountability and responsibility and I would have at least respected that.

  When you walk through the doors of Hair Cuttery the first thing you will notice is how friendly and easy going everyone is. The place is clean and and they used products that are among some of my favs: Redken and Amika.

  Brain is absolutely amazing! He is an excellent communicator, full of knowledge and a delight to be around! I get to say, I woke up this way because Brian is incredible at what he does!
