WHEN DID IT BECOME OK FOR 3 STYLISTS AND A MANAGER TO GO ON BREAK AND LEAVE A CUSTOMER SITTING FOR 1 HOUR??? I made appointments with “first available“ stylists for my daughter and I to get basic haircuts at 4pm. I was taken promptly by Sophia at my appointment time. However, my daughter sat waiting, while 3 other stylists finished with customers and decided to take breaks and chat at the back of the store. Sophia said somehow both my daughter and I were put on her schedule, and went to ask the others if they could help since it didn’t make sense for us to wait, and they all said NO, and Heather, the manager would take care of it. 1 stylist went home, but the others continued with their break and kept chatting for 45 minutes while my daughter sat. Heather finally showed up about 10 minutes later and Sophia explained the situation to her. She responded that she had “managerial tasks” to do and also couldn’t cut my daughter’s hair! By now, almost 1 HOUR had passed and my daughter was still sitting! Sophia finally finished with me and took my daughter. In total, we were there 1 hour and 29 minutes for 2 basic haircuts! When I asked to speak with Heather, she’d magically just left and was unavailable. Someone named Bree tried to speak with me, and said she was confused about the situation, but she never bothered to ask if she could help my daughter or Sophia, who had another customer waiting at that point (she was one of the stylists on break for an hour). 0/10 stars, HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR toward a customer and a co-worker.
