My bag was on the side of her station and she is just looking at my bag and she got so serious that I took my bag and moved to the floor… she didn’t say thanks or anything.. then she moved the tray that my stylist was using and hit me with it… she denied it but didn’t apologized either…. Then she told one of the male stylist that his shirt wasn’t part of the uniform…. I was going to the bathroom when that happened… Her name is Renee… so sad that you can feel the tension around everyone…

I had enough and told her to stop that I had enough of my hair being pulled. Simple root touch up over 2 hours? Will not schedule with anyone but Ann from now on.

Got a haircut today from a very nice lady named Tammy, she was very nice and gave me exactly what I asked for, it turned out great and whatever shampoo she used on my hair made it extremely soft. Normally stylists cut my bangs too short and don't leave them any room to curl up, but she got it right on the money.

I told her that going into the appointment and she was extremely relatable and comforting. She was very informative of everything she was doing to my hair and provided after care steps and recommendations. My hair feels and looks extremely healthy. I will continue to return.
