Today, I made reservation for hair color to whoever will be available, happens to be Ms. Patricia, the result was perfect, I wasn’t able to clearly articulate the color that I want but she delivered exactly how I wanted it to be. She also made sure that the coupon I got will be used that day, clearly she knows how to take good care of a customer. It was an amazing experience and definitely will come back. Kudos, Ms. Patricia!
