  I couldn't be happier with the way Donna cuts my hair. I've been going there for years and once I made the mistake of letting someone else cut my hair. Never again. I leave feeling confident and happy with a hair style that makes me feel younger and more alive. Thank you Donna from the bottom of my heart. I always get compliments too!

  I paid $32 and a tip for a 1inch trim on the back of my hair. The stylist claims that I didn't need the top cut but after getting home, my hair is the same and I can't do anything with it. On top of that my sister had her hair cut too and thr stylist ruined her hair. It's so bad that she has to keep the sides pulled up because one side is longer than the other and uneven. We have been using those salon for years and we may not return. I have also noticed that all the 1 or 2 stars get any responses. It's a shame because we have to spend more money to have our hair straighten and cut to make it look good.

  I had a positive experience, I called Sunday morning to see if they can take me last minute for a highlight/money piece. They got me in almost right away, the hairstylist was awesome and experienced. She communicated well and did excellent work. Customer service is professional and caring. My only complaint would be they have to update their washing station, the seating was a bit rough on my back but other than that 10/10. Good location, trained stylists and fair prices.

  I really haven't wanted to write this but before someone else goes in thinking they are going to get the hair cut they want and a stylist that's honest and knows what their doing and ends up like me spending $227 on a hair cut (that wasn't what I wanted), a hair mask treatment and products, plus a generous tip for a stylist I found later lied to me like I was a complete idiot. I went in knowing I exactly wanted a V style hair cut. I showed my stylist exactly what I wanted and what I got back was a complete pathetic lie. She explained to me that was more of a "home hair cut" and that they don't teach that in School. Me not knowing better at the time proceeded to believe her and went on with my appointment anyways. Fast forward a couple hours later after talking to a couple other hairdressers I found out I was lied to. A V cut is something that has been happening in salons for a long time, it is taught in school and that either she wasn't sure enough of herself to do it or just flat out didn't want to do it. I haven't said her name because I'm sure they read these and she and I both know who she is and who I am. So I hope a lesson is learned in this review not to lie to your client no matter what. And if your not comfortable with doing a certain haircut then be honest because at the end of the day that's the best policy. And yes I'm not happy with boring round shaped cut either.
