Came in to the only brick and mortar store around which is hours from me might I add, I was completely ignored and disregarded as a human being and one of the workers here at this location who was only a product rep shoved her entire breast in my face as I’m in a wheel chair and didn’t say sorry . Excuse me , or like a knowledge she did it at all . I was there prepared to spend a few hundred dollars on things I’ve been waiting to buy in person was very excited for today , my husband was also treated like he did not exist even though he’s the one who pushes me in my chair . I’ll keep my buisnes with ulta . Neve had a problem there , and never been made to feel like a thief either . Pictured are just some things I went to ulta after and got ✨

But today completely changed my perspective. Lynn was beyond amazing — she was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to help me with both my makeup and skincare, answered all my questions, and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Lynn, for such a great experience!
