She was approached by a Caucasian worker who asked what she needed. When she explained she was looking for someone to help match her for the foundation, she said, “Oh, I’ll send someone else to help you.” Then the worker helped another customer who was Caucasian. She had already been waiting for someone for 10 minutes, so this was her experience. We are very disappointed, and this was very underwhelming.
