It's a mixed girl in there with curly black hair very rude.. asked her a question she's so busy everything is very short.. she's very snappy and snooty for no reason.. she needs to work in the back and not deal with customers.. this is coming from a licensed Cosmetologist for over 20 years.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.

SalonCentric is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Tuesday through Friday.
