  Extremely helpful, they squeezed me in for a last minute makeup session. The store manage and the makeup artist are team players. They help each other out. They are very efficient workers. Their beauty service is order purchase based. What they charge you is product purchase based. If your beauty service costs $60-$90, you leave with that amount of beauty products. Two thumbs up for Asa and store manager Lita. Thank you ladies😘

  I was at the store today to get my makeup done for a special occasion and I received terrible service from the black man who worked there. He seemed bothered by my presence, and every time he was doing my makeup he would stop to attend to other people. When I tried to show him the makeup inspiration I had, he simply didn't even bother to look at it, and sometimes he would roll his eyes. People need to learn that they work with the public and are there to serve customers because they are employees, not owners. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I REPEAT, THERE WAS A LOT OF DISRESPECT FROM THE MALE EMPLOYEE.

  Went to the store today specifically to purchase several products. The male associate in the cowboy hat acted as if he was bothered by my presence. The store wasn’t even crowded on Black Friday. He was very aloof and didn’t help me until I complained to the other associate about his lack of assistance. I purchased one item and went to Ulta and purchased $200 in Fenty products.

  The NC formulations are not as good and not as long lasting as the C formulations. I wish they would bring them back. She matched me with a color that is not a good match for me and both of them went on lunch break at the same time so even though they told me on the phone to come in, I got there and found a will be back in 30 minutes signed so I had to walk around and wait. I don’t know why they don’t just take turns going on lunch break, that would make more sense.

  Hey there came in there today this morning around 10:00 or 11am upon for the come in and skin match take your free skin match home. Guy there acted as if I bothered him for the skin match. Mind you I was the only person in the store. He wasn’t very personable very he was very dry. Skin matched me I said thank you. Was very much done with him and the attitude. as I was going to leave he asked me if I wanted the to go sample. I said “yes please.” of course I want the sample . I went out of my way today because MAC employees did a good job and hyped this day up to get a full size sample to go. But honesty I was disappointed. So he gave me a glass bottle for what it was supposed to be the take home, but he literally put in a pump or 2 in the container moved it around and labeled it and that was it. You’ve lost my business MAC from here on out. Thank you to the male dry employee who didn’t appear he wanted to work today and everyone was an inconvenience to him.
