  Neicy is the stores real MVP! I went in for one thing and she actually took the time to go over a new and improved skin care routine w me. One that was much needed! She's very outgoing, knowledgeable and helpful.

  I visited the M.A.C store on Saturday 2/7/26. I had one of the best experiences shopping with M.A.C. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. Alafanise H educated me on all the products I inquired about and recommended products. I appreciate all the knowledge she shared. I left confidently knowing how to use the products I purchased. She truly is a gem!!

  Got what I needed, but not what I wanted. Not the stores fault, though. Every salesperson in the store greeted me with a smile and a friendly “hello” or “welcome”. I had a wonderful salesperson (I don’t remember his name) who knew exactly what I needed and without hesitation, took me directly to the MAC products that were available. The makeup I was looking for no longer existed, hence, not what I wanted. It has been a few years since I bought them, and I guess they update with new and improved makeup instead. What he showed me was just what I needed. Went early Sunday morning and was out in a flash. No crazy hustling, bustling shopping customers to weave in and out of. Clean store, nice friendly salespeople with happy smiles and a great experience overall.
