- RLRob LappaDec 20, 20252.0100 ml was $65 a few years ago. Then 100 ml $85 last year. Now 50 ml is $85. I won't be buying L'Occitane anymore. They can blame it on tariffs, Trump or pil prices to ship to US. Nothing can justify those changes in pricing.

Even for a simple "click and collect" transaction, the level of service was outstanding. I was instantly greeted by the three beautiful, sweet ladies working tonight, and my order was perfectly packed and ready to go. What truly made the visit special were the thoughtful, luxurious touches. The subtle spritz of perfume on the tissue paper was such a beautiful, elegant detail that absolutely did not go unnoticed. Additionally, they included a cute little sample bag complete with a handwritten "happy holidays" note. Those little touches are what turn a routine stop into a genuinely great shopping experience. I’m so excited I finally discovered this location—it’s much closer to home than I realized! This was my first visit to the St. Johns Town Center store, but with customer service like this, it will most certainly not be my last. Highly recommend!
