I went into the store for the first time and the employee was just trying to sell me the most expensive products rather than explaining what products would actually for my skin. I had to do my own research on the L’Occitane website to learn what products may work for me. In addition, I bought close to $300 worth of products and not even a single free gift was offered. If I would have bought the products online, I would have received a free gift or a decently priced travel set. I’m not begging for a free gift, but it would be nice to receive a sample product that I may like and decide to purchase. Overall, I would buy the products online from now on.
