  Janice is the absolute best. I went in to her for the first time a couple weeks back and she cut my hair just the way I like it. Went again today and she didn’t disappoint. Absolutely amazing at what she does and gives great hospitality while she’s at it. I’d give 6 stars if I could, everyone needs to book with her!

  I scheduled an appointment with Indya Mazingo for a one process color which includes a wash and blow dry. I get there a few minutes prior to my scheduled time and I’m immediately told I’m going to have to wait 30 minutes. I’m very understanding so that was fine but I have to be at work by a certain time, and ask if she can be done in time. She assured me it would be done and so I waited. 45 minutes later she finally tells me I can come sit down and I’m getting nervous because I have work, but she continues to assure me that she has plenty of time. She goes to mix the dye and tells me that there isn’t any of the color I want and that I’ll have to reschedule. At this point I’m a little upset because I’ve waited almost an hour for her to tell me reschedule, but her coworker is able to get the color I need. Not really sure what her coworker was able to do that she couldn’t but whatever I got the color I wanted. She’s taking her sweet time and talking to her friends and I’m stressing because again I have work. By the time she’s done with the color I’m supposed to have already left and I continue to stress that I have to go. She washes out some of the hair dye and I’m left with my face, arms, and hands covered in dye. I’m furious because now I have to sit and wait for her to remove it. Long story short, I ended up having to go to work with wet hair and dye all over me. I still had to pay the full price for half the service. I didn’t have time to argue about the cost so I payed and left. I don’t know why she would tell me she had time if she didn’t. She seemed very sweet but overall she gave me a terrible experience. I definitely would not go there again or recommend it anyone else. Worst $70 I ever spent to be embarrassed at work.

  don’t go to Linda - my color never looked so bad. She doesn’t listen. I agree with another post on here orange and white hair. I’ve been coloring my hair for years and never looked so bad.
