I finally made an appointment for myself and my daughter today and I'm so glad I did. We saw Luis for cut and style and both had a lovely experience . He asked great questions, provided helpful suggestions for our texture and home care with no high pressure sales and we are so happy with how our styles turned out. Also notable is the fact that the entire staff is warm and accommodating towards each other. This "cozy collaborative" environment is really nice to be around and is a great place to relax.I've decided to return next week for some grey blending and we will both be visiting regularly in the future .I will highly recommend Luis and the HHJ staff to my family and friends.

(Which is hard to find with kids, especially a wiggly 7 year old!) She helped us fix a haircut done at another salon and made my daughter’s hair look so cute! My daughter LOVED her and is normally a bit of an anxious kid trying new things but felt so relaxed throughout the entire appointment! We’ll definitely be back!!Thank you!!

This was to be a fun day. One son from Atlanta had scheduled for today while his brother was also in town so they could go together and make a memory. Thanks for nothing.

We called and rescheduled for the day after Christmas, and we showed up that morning and they never bothered book the rescheduled appointment time we set. They just said “sorry.” My bro and I have been looking forward to this for a month, it was going to be a fun thing to do together. Really disappointed. One measley star. You guys dropped the ball horribly. Boo!!!
