Started combing my hair dry with a fine brush popping knots.. (was a little painful…) and then started cutting right away.. never wet it or brushed my hair out and straight from wearing a hat all day. There was no structure I felt like it was her first time. She moved from the side to the back then front the back again etc.. just kept on cutting (maybe to fix or hide her mistakes) I was polite, respectful and still gave a 20% tip but I honestly felt I should have not payed for this.
