  Kristyna is amazing! She’s incredibly skilled, professional, and really knows what she’s doing. My hair turned out even better than I hoped, it looks and feels incredible. Such a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back!

  I had the best experience at the Hair Cuttery at Harbour Village. First I saw Donita to get a spur of the moment cut and she was so friendly and did a wonderful job getting my hair to the length I wanted. I have full head of thick curly hair so it can be a daunting task since my hair went down to the bottom of my back but Donita was amazing! The next day, with my hair the perfect length, I decided I wanted to play with it a little more and went back to have some shorter layers put it. Donita wasn’t there but I saw Adrianna and she was just as amazing, she took her time, was so gentle any made sure the layers were perfect. And my goodness, I got the best shampooing ever from Adrianna. I will definitely be back to this location!

  Today I tried the eyebrow waxing and the pictures show the laceration and burn to my right upper eye lid from the waxing. This was unfortunate. My stylist did not offer a refund while I was at the salon. The injury was much more than the refund. I spoke to another stylist, who helped me, after she saw my eye.

  Went in with a bad knot let stylist know up front after 20 mins I got a head ache due to stylist getting close to my crown on my head I told her that she says “ the er will put you under to remove knots if it hurts that bad my hair is just as bad in the morning I know what I’m doing” another stylist decided to help after I started Crying and got told bite on this towel it’s gonna hurt!!??

  A huge big thank you too Kristyna , my hair turned out AMAZING . I first walked in with sadness because I thought my hair was unfixable. I was just displeased with my hair and I left today with it being so much brighter so much healthier and better than my expectations. Her consultation was so so thorough. She’s very light handed and a gem so sweet and kind and talented !!! . I’m so thankful that she let me leave the salon with a smile on my face and feeling confident in myself again. ❤️❤️❤️
