I asked for only 2 inches off with long layers and now I can’t even wear my hair in a bun. She seemed to give me which was an okay cut at first. I opted for no blow drying any my hair had natural curl so it looked okay at first. When I got home and went to flat iron my hair for the next day I realized how much she screwed up my hair. My ends were uneven. My layers had no rhyme or reason and it was lopsided. It was way above my shoulders. I was in tears. I called first thing in the morning when they opened and explained to the girl who answered the phone what happened. Told her I wanted it fixed and my money back. She said the manager didn’t come in till 13 and she would give her the message and have her to call. About 12:40 rolls around and no call so I went up there and the manager was there. I asked her if she got my message and she didn’t. I explained to her what happened and she told me it was either fix it or give me my money back. I felt my hair was beyond repair but I wanted someone to at least make it even. So finally she gave in and gave me both. But she only gave me my hair cut money back. She didn’t give me the tip. The lady did her best to fix it but she kept having to cut more and more to fix it. I don’t blame her at all because she tried but it still didn’t look right at all. I looked like one of the Oompa Loompas from the chocolate factory movie. I was in tears when I left. I’ve been working so hard to grow my hair out and keep it healthy and this lady just ruined it. I can barely put it in a bun. I can’t even flat iron it with out it fluffing out right by my ears. This is the absolute worst hair cut I’ve ever had. And that coupled with the horrible customer service I will never get her go back.
