The experience was terrible my sons freaked out because the cutter refused to let him sit in my lap and he just cried while she aggressively started lopping hair off with no real direction. I'm pissed my wife's pissed and I will never be back to ANY hair cuttery AND TO STILL CHARGE ME 31 DOLLARS PER HAIR CUT IS A JOKE!!!!
