  I recently went to my hair appointment on friday 3/13/2026 under account name KK I was supposed to get a full color I left with only the bottom half of my hair actually died brown and the roots was hot orange it looked terrible.. it’s not what I asked for I wanted all over brown hair and I was forced to pay waste my money and I sat there for 3 hours just to leave and have to die it all over brown my self with a box die because I can’t walk around with orange roots 🙄 I really wish I can get a refund I’m very upset about this

  I forgot her name but quite knowledgeable in skin care under the hairline. I learned some good at home care techniques! Also a fantastic personality!! Said she has 9 years here and it shows!!

  Darcy A. was so great!! We had been unhappy with the service at our preferred hair salon, so were looking for somewhere new. We stopped in to see if they could accommodate a walk-in, and despite being visibly busy, offered to book an appointment for an hour later! When we returned, we were welcomed back and everyone was so kind. Darcy took my teen back for a cut and was able to make it look exactly how he wanted. He even commented on how nice she was and that he would like to return for his next cut. That's high praise from a mostly indifferent teen. Thank you so much, Darcy! Stacey & Tanner

  The staff is always so warm and welcoming here! Booking is super simple. Milo is aamaaaziiinng! She knows her stuff! And she is such a sweetheart and very attentive to you, always checking in to make sure you’re comfortable physically and with the process.

  First of all my 14 year old son always gets his hair cut at this location. Right now my son is grounded due to his grades in school. That being said he was not allowed to choose his haircut this time, as his FATHER I chose his haircut without my son seeing it and it was very handsome still. Because my son wasn't allowed to choose his style the hairstylist MILO refused to cut his hair because it made her feel uncomfortable that he didn't want it at first. I showed my son the picture and he actually agreed that it was a nice haircut but she still refused. Another stylist with a shaved purple head chimed in and said she had that haircut before and she would not do that to someone either. This location has permanently lost my business and all other business I constantly send that way. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Their job is to cut MY Childs hair the way that I want it regardless if my kid wants it or not!
