I came in as a walk in and she took me within 30 mins of my arrival and made me feel great during the whole experience. The conversation was very welcoming and informative and we were able to come up with a decision for my hair which allowed for me to not only to keep most of length but cut just enough to get rid of the dull. She brought life back into my curly hair and also my spirit. What a great way to start my new life here in Jacksonville.

I told her, no. She asked if I wanted my hair shampooed. I also told her, no. She combed out my hair and dry cut, only the back. I was expecting a precision cut. At very least my hair sprayed wet with water and scissor cut the same length. I was in the seat no longer than 10 minutes before she said she was completed with the haircut. My mother was a beautician for over 25 years. She worked hard to get through cosmetology school, because that was what was demanded, in order to call yourself a beautician. I'm real disappointed, that today, the standards have lowered, to this level.
