Eddie was FANTASTIC! I was very hesitant to lighten my hair at Hair Cuttery, since I usually go to ‘higher end salons’, but my hair turned out AMAZING! Eddie gave me light highlights, gloss/toned, touched up my roots and gave me a layered cut. I’ve been getting so many compliments on my hair! It was truly a transformative style and my hair feels so healthy even 1.5 months after! I will be going back to Eddie now indefinitely! 😊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I really haven't wanted to write this but before someone else goes in thinking they are going to get the hair cut they want and a stylist that's honest and knows what their doing and ends up like me spending $227 on a hair cut (that wasn't what I wanted), a hair mask treatment and products, plus a generous tip for a stylist I found later lied to me like I was a complete idiot. I went in knowing I exactly wanted a V style hair cut. I showed my stylist exactly what I wanted and what I got back was a complete pathetic lie. She explained to me that was more of a "home hair cut" and that they don't teach that in School. Me not knowing better at the time proceeded to believe her and went on with my appointment anyways. Fast forward a couple hours later after talking to a couple other hairdressers I found out I was lied to. A V cut is something that has been happening in salons for a long time, it is taught in school and that either she wasn't sure enough of herself to do it or just flat out didn't want to do it. I haven't said her name because I'm sure they read these and she and I both know who she is and who I am. So I hope a lesson is learned in this review not to lie to your client no matter what. And if your not comfortable with doing a certain haircut then be honest because at the end of the day that's the best policy. And yes I'm not happy with boring round shaped cut either.

Will never visit again. I was quoted $32 over the phone for a wash, conditioner and blow dry for my daughter. Soon as get there I’m told I was miss quoted and need to speak to the stylist. After speaking with the stylist we confirmed what I needed. No one mentioned a blow dry is priced separately Until my daughter hair is already washed. So I asked the woman at the desk. How much is it to blow dry and trim her head she quotes me $100 so I say never mind then I asked the actual stylist if I want her hair blow dried how much additional is it? He tells me $68 so I tell them just wash and condition When it’s time to ring me up, I pay eight dollars so I’m trying to understand if a wash and conditioner is eight dollars. How does add in a trim and blow dry equal 100 or even $68. The stylist and the front desk people need to be on the same page because if I known that I wouldn’t be getting her hair blow dried I could have done her hair myself so I had to take her home with wet hair and blow dried myself a complete waste of time and I will never come here again.

This is an example of how corporate stores loose customers. I walked in at 7:39pm and the store closes at 8pm. They had no one waiting and the young lady that greeted me said they were booked until closing. I mentioned that my haircut is just a clipper 1/2 cut and it’s 10 minutes. She said, ok will go ask the girl in the back if she will take me. Then came back to let me know she will not and to come back tomorrow. So they have a stylist that was in the back room and I guess she was done for the day and didn’t want to help any more clients. Don’t worry, I will not be coming back here again. Obviously this store could care less!

Never going back. Didn’t even get the girls name. But $83.00 to wash & blow dry my hair is crazy!!! My hair wasn’t blown out all the way parts were still damp upon leaving. I came home after wasting my money and properly did my own hair. Which defeated the convenience of going to a salon and having it done. The stylist told me she was blessed to deal with textured hair in cosmo school. However i felt as if she didn’t know how to correctly care for my hair. I’ve been to hair Cuttery plenty of times and often stylist assume that by looking at my texture freshly combed out it’s going to be hard to deal with. I’ve had a stylist decrease the price of my wash because in her words “ you surprisingly have a soft texture and it wasn’t hard to care for” that was years ago and definitely not a compliment i took as a good one. Anyway, Today sealed the deal for me i will no longer spend my money here it was a waste of my time and money!! Seriously $83 for a wash and blow dry !! Crazy
