She kept commenting on how knotty my hair was as I was watching her handle my hair in a way that caused it to tangle up. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, she was scatter brained and seemed to be confused as to what she needed to do. I gave clear direction for a simple hair trim and its now uneven and I am incredibly unhappy with how it looks. On top of this she began to try to gossip to me about another customer that was getting his hair cut at the same time. I told her I wasn't commenting but she kept making comments about the conversation the other customer was having with the person cutting his hair. I am extremely upset and felt I shouldn't have paid for the experience but I am disabled and was already fatigued and in pain. The overall experience took 3 hours and it shouldn't have.
