Horrific. Booked a kid’s haircut appt for 2:15. We walked out at 2:55. No one would take him. People would walk in (with no appt) asking for services, and they were seated immediately. Obviously no one wanted to do a kids cut.

I wound up leaving halfway through. Stylist was late, reeked of cigarettes and was very scatterbrained. She almost seemed hungover or maybe drunk. She tangled my hair while washing it then spent over an hour detangling it. I asked for a very simple cut, 4 inches off and a rounded shape “U shape.” She showed me on her phone that she googled how to do the haircut. Experiences like this are why I get severe anxiety about getting my
hair done. Will not be going back.

Did a walk in with Rene. Mens haircut buzzcut and beard lineup. She didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. Seemed uncomfortable doing a fade and the lineup of my beard consisted of just taking a 0 guard to my neckline. No cleaning up my cheeks, completely forgot about my mustache, did nothing to my beard with regard to length and then starts blowing me off as if we are all good. Whole process took 10 minutes for a $40 haircut and then she has the nerve to try and say i have to pay $19 to foil my neckline if i want it shorter than the clippers can do lollll. No attention to detail, no artistic eye. Just seemed to want to rush thru even tho she had no clients which i dont understand. Oh well
