The woman that cut my hair all but humiliated me the entire visit. She commented over and OVER again about how "dry" my hair was and proceeded to completely DRENCH my hair in leave-in conditioner and water. She came off WAY too strong about how apparently awful my hair was, and then pushed their leave-in conditioner product on me, to the point of literally shoving it in my hand at checkout, after telling me that the leave-in product I already have, isn't good enough. The actual haircut itself wasn't bad - but I left feeling cut-down, which is unfortunate. She did nothing but tell me how grown out, dry, and unacceptable my hair was. My husband also got his hair cut, and the gentleman that cut his was very nice and professional, but the lady that cut mine was so unprofessional in her "advice" about my hair, (that by the way, was COMPLETELY unsolicited) that we will not be returning to this location.
