Go to the Great Clips on Atlantic and Kernan instead! - I presented a coupon and the employee said, “We don’t take coupons. I said, “it says valid at Kernan Square, that is this location, right?” “Yes…” “Well how come you don’t take coupons?” They said, “The owner won’t let us.” I asked, “Why is that?” They said in a sad tone of voice, “I don’t know, I just work here.”

I honestly came in pretty vague on what I wanted, and she was awesome about walking me through options, explaining what would work for my hair, and making sure everything looked clean and even. If you want someone who really knows their stuff and takes their time, ask for Marie!

However, to be honest, it was the most uncomfortable haircut I’ve ever had. The stylist was extremely aggressive. I don’t know if he was just in training, but he wasn’t being supervised, so I believe this treatment is normal. As a result, I had to leave early and go to another location to try to fix what had been done.

Her professionalism, experience, and talent made all the difference, and we were so grateful for her care and attention to detail.
