  Was going to Kernan location until i saw plastered on door..we do not accept coupons..though longer drive went back to yours..Kernan lost me. And day i went kernan was empty..wonder why

  It has now been 13 days since I got my haircut at this place, and I am still extremely upset and disappointed. If minus stars were possible, I would honestly give −10. To be fair, the people there were nice and polite, but unfortunately, being nice does not make up for not knowing how to cut hair properly. I asked for a straight, even cut, ((simple right!!)) but what I received was a very uneven haircut, with each side a different length and no clean line. I have thick hair, and if you do too, please do not even consider coming here. I want to clarify that my experience was specifically with the older, short woman who cut my hair. I cannot speak for the other employees — maybe someone else here knows how to cut hair — but this stylist clearly does not know how to work with thick hair or do precision cuts. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly commented on how thick my hair is, saying things like “your hair is very thick,” “you have so much hair,” “it’s like you have two heads of hair.” If she was so shocked by my hair type, I honestly wish she had been professional and honest from the beginning and told me that she could not handle thick hair. What I don’t understand is: if you know you can’t work with a certain hair type, why touch it at all?????!!! I gave it time. I tried everything for 13 days — blow-drying, straightening, curling, changing the part — nothing helped. When the cut itself is wrong, unfortunately styling cannot fix it. 💔💔 This was the first time in my life that I decided to cut my hair short after having long hair my entire life. I was genuinely excited to try something new, and instead this experience completely ruined that moment. Now I’ll need to wait months for my hair to grow enough to be properly corrected elsewhere 🤦🏻‍♀️💔 I was told I could come back in 2–3 days if I didn’t like it, and that was real nice of them and I appreciate it but after seeing the result and reading other reviews, I do not trust this place to touch my hair again. This experience was extremely upsetting, and I would not recommend this place — especially if you have thick hair or are making a big change

  Vuchi told me I shouldn't have come bc I had just come from the gym and was wearing a tank top. I indeed wont be coming back and encourage you not to as well.
