- STsriram tJan 4, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with my son’s haircut. The barber Waldo did a poor job — no blending, visible patches, and an uneven cut. When I politely asked him to fix it, he became rude, used inappropriate language, and stopped the haircut halfway, telling us to go somewhere else. This behavior is completely unprofessional, especially with a child. I want to mention that another barber, Dvon, stepped in and fixed the haircut very well. Dvon was professional, respectful, and did an excellent job correcting the mess. Because of him, we left satisfied with the final result. Management should seriously address this issue. One barber’s attitude can damage the reputation of the entire shop.

But this past Friday was disappointing. It was my first time with a new gentleman, and although he was very nice and respectful, he didn’t seem experienced with washing long hair. I had to remind him to wash the back, sides, and middle, and even after that, my hair still felt oily when I left. The next day it looked like it hadn’t even been washed. When I mentioned it, he said he “couldn’t get through all the oil because my hair is long,” which I found unprofessional. I’ve never had this issue before with anyone else here, and I hope management provides better training

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
