- AMA MJun 17, 20252.0I've been to other Great Clips locations and it's always been hit or miss depending on stylist. At this location the first stylist said she could not do what I was asking for and had another stylist do, which turned out ok. The second time I had a different stylist and after I explained what I wanted, he kinda cut me off and said oh I got it... then after like 5 minutes cutting my hair... when he "finished" and showed me the cut, I explained again what I had asked for and he said "well that's a completely different cut." Well yeah... no kidding! He went back to cutting my hair again but he seemed rushed and agitated. I really wish he would have just listened in the first place and we could have avoided having to take the extra time to do my hair again. In the end, the cut was "ok", but still not exactly what I had asked for. I think most of them only know one cut... so if you want anything other than a generic women's layered cut, go to a real salon.
