The staff managed to mess up a simple perfume purchase so badly it feels like a heist. After being pressured into buying a $200 bottle, they handed me a receipt for $75 and then had the audacity to act confused when I wanted my full refund the next day. The manager’s "attitude" is clearly a cover for the fact that she has no idea how her own system works. It’s embarrassing. Watching them struggle with basic communication and logic was painful. If you enjoy being gaslit and robbed by people with "mean girl" complexes, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, save your sanity and order online.
