  My daughter wanted to shop for her birthday unfortunately I needed a restroom. Despite seeing the bathroom door they won't let you use it. So we left and went to Ulta where everything is less expensive anyway. I feel like each visit to Sephora makes me like them less and less.

  David was amazing! He was so sweet and helpful and he matched my concealer shade perfectly. He also recommended an amazing serum to help out with dryness and he was super helpful!!

  I recently visited this store and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Despite there being several employees on the floor and only a couple of customers in the store, no one offered assistance. When I approached a sales associate for help, I was told to “go online and look,” which was not helpful at all. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll continue shopping at the Town Center Sephora, where the customer service is consistently excellent.

  This review is not about Sephora as a company, because I believe every store reflects its management and the culture leadership creates. I visited this location on 02/11/2026 and spent about 45 minutes in the store. During that entire time, no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or offered assistance. There was a female employee with pink hair and heavy makeup working near the front of the store who did not greet or assist customers while I was there. A younger African American female wearing glasses consistently had a visibly unapproachable expression and did not engage with customers. A Caucasian male employee in his 30s with a beard spent most of the time I observed him on his phone. Another older African America female employee with very closely cropped hair walked back and forth across the store but did not stop to assist anyone. The store was not empty. There were customers throughout, yet no one was being proactively helped. Not once did anyone say hello, ask if I needed assistance, or even make eye contact with me. Sephora is known for its customer service experience, which is why this visit was so disappointing. This did not feel like an isolated oversight it felt like a store culture issue. Leadership sets the tone, and the tone here was disengaged and indifferent. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and evaluates the service standards at this location.

  I like shopping here. It smells better than the one in San Jose Blvd. The parking here is terrible though.
