  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others about my experience. I went in expecting a professional service and left with my hair completely fried and damaged. The stylist Heather clearly overprocessed my hair despite me explaining I did not want that. Instead of being honest about what was safe for my hair, they went ahead with the treatment and the results were awful — my hair feels like straw, has severe breakage, and lost almost all of its shine. What’s worse is that there was little accountability. I wasn’t offered any sort of fix, refund, or genuine apology — just excuses. I spent a lot of money expecting to feel good about my hair, and instead I left in tears. If you care about the health of your hair, I’d strongly suggest going somewhere else. I now have to spend even more time and money trying to repair the damage. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

  If you’re looking for an amazing stylist at the Beaches, April is the absolute BEST! 😍 She’s been my stylist for the last couple years, and if I ever move, I might try to take her with me. Seriously, though, she’s super talented, and one of the sweetest, most positive people I know. Also, 💯 agree with the previous reviewer: April is the bomb for blondes.
