The staff member who attended me was rude and seemed irritated. At the time of checkout, I had a very uncomfortable experience. The staff member said to me, “Have you never been swiped a card before?” in a rude tone. I found this comment disrespectful and unnecessary. Customer service should be polite and respectful, especially when speaking to customers. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel embarrassed. I hope the management works on improving staff behavior.
