When I arrived my online check-in was posted on the stores screen and one of the staff checked me in. I waited for Angela who I have had my haircuts from in the past. She is quite good and personable. The Hays Store is convenient and very clean. Overall it is a very pleasant and satisfying experience at this location. I definitely recommend Great Clips!
